There are no known issues with any of our available Services at this time.

EMERITUS ENTERTAINMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCEDURES

ALL questions and ALL Customer Service issues, must be submitted, and will be handled, via email.


Please direct all questions, as well as any Customer Service issues, to the email address of:  emeritusentertainment@yahoo.com.  Our Hours of Availability are 10:00am to 9:00pm Central Time, 7 days a week.


Any Customer Service issues submitted via our Web Email Portal will NOT be responded to.

LATEST UPDATE FOR FIRESTICK DEVICES - REMOVAL OF "DEVELOPER OPTIONS

We are aware that some 4K Firestick device owners, or current/new owners of the Firestick 4K Max device, can no longer select/change the 'Developer Options' under 'My Fire TV' Settings on their Firestick device. Not to worry.  There is a FIX for this.  Click here to watch a video on how to modify your Firestick to control its Developer Options.

Emeritus Entertainment has two different products.  Listed below are the Downloader Codes to download our app for each of our two products:

ENSURE THAT YOU ARE REGULARLY PERFORMING ALL REQUIRED DEVICE MAINTENANCE

In most cases, issues with buffering, freezing, and login error issues can be resolved by performing regular maintenance on your device.  This maintenance will include the following:


1)  Clear out ALL cache from our Emeritus Entertainment app    

      (Perform every day)

2)  Rebooting your device (At least once a week, if not more)

3)  Power cycling your router, which means to unplug router from wall,

     let sit for 10+ minutes, then plug back in (At least once a week)

EMERITUS ENTERTAINMENT WILL CONTINUE TO SEND OUT INVOICES

Invoices will continue to be sent out about 6-7 days prior to account expiration.  Once you have completed your payment for your renewal, you will receive an email confirmation that this renewal has been processed.
