There are no known issues with any of our available Services at this time.

With the now released Amazon Firestick 4K Select (which does not provide a way to access Developer Options), Amazon has already begun pushing out Operating System updates to all of their other streaming capable devices, which will cause all "sideloaded" apps to malfunction, disable, and in some cases, even being deleted.  Emeritus Entertainment no longer provides Service or App support for any and all Fire TV Device users.

ALL questions and ALL Customer Service issues, must be submitted, and will be handled, via email.

Any Customer Service issues submitted via our Web Email Portal will NOT be responded to.

The Emeritus Entertainment App has been updated, as of 04/22/2026. If you are using an older version of the app, please uninstall that app, reboot your device, and install our latest version, using Downloader Code 8826284.  This app can be used with both LightSpeed and StreamVibe services.

In most cases, issues with buffering, freezing, and login error issues can be resolved by performing regular maintenance on your device.  This maintenance will include the following:

1)  Clear out ALL cache from our Emeritus Entertainment app    

      (Perform every day)

2)  Rebooting your device (At least once a week, if not more)

3)  Power cycling your router, which means to unplug router from wall,

     let sit for 10+ minutes, then plug back in (At least once a week)

Invoices will continue to be sent out about 6-7 days prior to account expiration.  Once you have completed your payment for your renewal, you will receive an email confirmation that this renewal has been processed.

Refer two (2) new subscribers to either LightSpeed or StreamVibe, and receive one (1) Month of your current subscribed Service for FREE! Just have your Referral mention your name in the NOTES section upon Checkout.
