LATEST UPDATE FOR FIRESTICK DEVICES - DISABLING "SIDELOADED" APPLICATIONS

With the now released Amazon Firestick 4K Select (which does not provide a way to access Developer Options), Amazon has already begun pushing out Operating System updates to all of their streaming capable devices, which will cause all "sideloaded" apps to malfunction, disable, and in some cases, even being deleted.  Very soon, all Amazon streaming devices will no longer be compatible with the Services that Emeritus offers.

Any Customer Service issues submitted via our Web Email Portal will NOT be responded to.

ENSURE THAT YOU ARE REGULARLY PERFORMING ALL REQUIRED DEVICE MAINTENANCE

In most cases, issues with buffering, freezing, and login error issues can be resolved by performing regular maintenance on your device.  This maintenance will include the following:


1)  Clear out ALL cache from our Emeritus Entertainment app    

      (Perform every day)

2)  Rebooting your device (At least once a week, if not more)

3)  Power cycling your router, which means to unplug router from wall,

     let sit for 10+ minutes, then plug back in (At least once a week)

EMERITUS ENTERTAINMENT WILL CONTINUE TO SEND OUT INVOICES

Invoices will continue to be sent out about 6-7 days prior to account expiration.  Once you have completed your payment for your renewal, you will receive an email confirmation that this renewal has been processed.
